Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders placed through our website or any authorized sales channel. There are no minimum purchase requirements, and no coupon codes are needed. Free shipping applies to all products within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations, additional shipping charges may apply and will be clearly communicated at checkout.
Order Processing & Cut-off Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed within the United States. Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For example, if you place an order at 4:30 PM EST on a Tuesday, your order enters processing that same day. If you place an order at 5:30 PM EST on a Friday, processing will begin on the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).
Handling Time
Once your order is received, our team requires between 0 to 2 business days to prepare, pack, and hand it over to our shipping carrier. The handling period begins on the business day following order placement (subject to the cut-off time above). Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, but during high-volume periods or for customized products, handling may take up to two business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the package leaves our facility.
Transit Time
After the handling period, your package will be in transit for 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location within the contiguous United States. Delivery estimates are based on standard ground shipping services provided by our carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). While the majority of deliveries arrive within this window, occasional delays caused by weather, carrier capacity, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. TODDLERLAB is not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier, but we will do our best to assist if issues arise.
Shipping Address & Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. TODDLERLAB is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping charges may apply. For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address after an order has shipped.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected handling timeframe, please contact us using the details below.
