30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange any item purchased from TODDLERLAB within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges are completely free of charge — no restocking fees, no return shipping costs, and no hidden charges. Simply initiate your return within the 30-day window, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged due to customer use will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
